Mr. Brooks, who was educated at California State University, San Jose, has over 40 years of banking experience and a proven track record of profitable bank management.  He was the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) at Tracy Federal Bank in Tracy and was thePresident / C.E.O. of Bay Area Bank in Redwood City.  In addition, Mr. Brooks served as C.E.O. of Heritage Oaks Bank in Paso Robles, Bank of Pleasanton in Pleasanton, and Foothill Community Bank in Mountain View.

Patrick Carman
President
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Carman has been in the banking industry for over 35 years. He joined Service 1^st Bank in July 2000 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, leaving Civic Bank of Commerce in Oakland, where he was Senior Vice President of Credit Administration. Prior to that position, he was Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of East County Bank in Antioch. Mr. Carman took on the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer for Service 1^st Bank in 2006 and was appointed President of the Bank in April 2007. Mr. Carman received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington and earned his Executive Master's in Business Administration from St. Mary's College in California. He is a current member of Risk Management Association (RMA) and has been active in various community groups throughout his career.

Robert Bloch
Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bloch has been in the banking industry since 1974. He was recruited for his current position from Mission Community Bank in San Luis Obispo, where he was Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to that position, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Heritage Oaks Bank in Paso Robles. In addition, he served as CFO for Antelope Valley Savings & Loan in Lancaster and General Bank in Los Angeles. Mr. Bloch was also an audit manager for Grant Thorton. Mr. Bloch received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University at Northridge. He is a CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public accounts.   Mr. Bloch has finished in the top 3 eight times in world investment competitions. He finished first in the world during 1999, second in 2003, and third in the world in 2004 and 2005.

Shannon Reinard
Executive Vice President
Operations Manager

Mrs. Reinard began her career in 1977 at Security National Bank in Concord, California.  She attended Riverside City College and has held the positions of Operations Administrator, Branch Manager and Operations Officer prior to joining Service 1^st Bank.  During her career, Shannon has been involved in several mergers and was the project manager for the Service 1^st Bank’s Core Processor conversion.
