    We offer loans at competitive rates and multi-year terms to finance the acquisition of fixed assets such as equipment, vehicles, business furniture, and fixtures.

  • REAL ESTATE LOANS
    Service 1st Bank provides loans to purchase, construct, improve, or refinance commercial real estate. Professionals may acquire the real property in either your personal name or as an obligation of your practice. We also provide financing for investment properties.

  • LEASING
    Service 1st Bank can assist you in obtaining an appropriate commercial lease to acquire equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
