Position Professional Banking Assistant II
Location Tracy
Summary of Responsibilities:
  1. Provides customer service by paying, receiving and keeping accurate records of all money involved in such transactions.
  2. Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling Bank deposit products and services.

Summary of Qualifications:

Responsibilities Specific to Job:
  1. Process routine customer transactions (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, stop payments, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, loan payments, savings bond sold or redeemed, change orders & TT&L payments, etc.).
  2. Opens new personal and business accounts.
  3. Resolves routine to moderately complex customer service issues.
  4. Balances cash drawer daily.

  1. Develop and manage the Bank's overall compliance program.
Summary of Qualifications:
  1. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager ("CRCM") credential preferred.

Responsibilities Specific to Job:
  1. Develop and maintain appropriate knowledge of all regulations covering all applicable aspects of banking.
  2. Develop and maintain all Bank policies associated with applicable banking regulations.
  3. Develop the appropriate procedures, documentation, and controls necessary to implement all Bank policies associated with applicable banking regulations.
  4. Develop and implement appropriate training for staff and the Board of Directors on various banking regulations, Bank policies, procedures and controls.
  5. Coordinate and supervise the Compliance College training program
  6. Establish/Chair a bank-wide Risk Committee to coordinate the internal audit function with other key risk monitoring functions (e.g., Credit Admin., I.T., Deposit Operations, Note Dep't., etc.); and to facilitate the reporting of material risk and control issues to the Audit committee in an effort to enhance the Board's ability to comprehensively manage risk.
  7. Monitor and test the Bank's compliance with appropriate banking regulations, and Bank policies, procedures and controls.
  8. Conduct periodic reporting of training, monitoring and testing, and overall compliance with banking regulations to the Audit Committee, Executive Management, and the Board of Directors.
  9. At the direction of the Audit Committee coordinate all external audits and reviews, and manage any internal audit program.
  10. Perform the duties of the Bank's CRA Officer, BSA Officer, Privacy Officer, Vendor Relationship Manager and Information Security Officer (GLBA).
  11. As the BSA Officer, conduct the FinCEN 314(a) reviews as required; review all CTR/SAR reporting, and monitor Enhanced Due Diligence for accounts.
  12. Review all Bank marketing material and promotions for regulatory compliance.
  13. Participate in the development of Bank's new products and services to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities General to Company:

CC"), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). Obtain additional training related to either the existing position or identified advancement objectives.   12. Provide assistance in the training of other staff members.

Position Branch Liaison Officer

Summary of Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support and training to branch offices, assist in coordinating set-up and training for new branch locations.
  2. Act as resource to branch Operations Officers.
  3. Assist EVP/Operations Manager in administrative functions and special projects as assigned.
  4. Perform IRA administration and supervise Bank courier service and courier staff and Operations Floater.
  5. May serve as back-up to Operations Officer during vacations/absences.
  6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  4. Assist in the management of the budget and financial results of a lending team and/or branch office.
Summary of Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years banking experience, with at least 1 year of commercial lending experience, or successful completion of the Bank's training program.
  2. College graduate preferred.
